What This Retreat Is

 

 

Awaken the Witch Within is an intimate, immersive retreat for women who feel called to reconnect with their inner witch — through ritual, embodiment, learning, and community.

 

This retreat is designed for women standing at a threshold:

transition, liberation, reclamation, or deep remembering.

 

Over the course of the weekend, we will work with ritual, elemental practices, sound, movement, creative study, and shared experience to awaken personal power, intuition, and self-trust.

 

Who This Retreat Is For

 

 

This retreat is for women who:

 

• Identify as a witch or feel called to awaken the witch within themselves
• Are comfortable with ritual, circle work, and intentional practice
• Are seeking depth, connection, and embodied experience
• Value intimacy, honesty, and shared space with other women

 

 

Many women drawn to this retreat are navigating life transitions — including midlife changes, perimenopause or menopause, shifts in identity, relationships, or personal freedom — though this is not a requirement.

 

What matters most is that you feel called.

 

 

 

 

What We Will Do

 

 

Throughout the weekend, we will engage in:

 

• Opening and closing ritual circles
• Elemental-based practices
• Grimoire creation and ongoing study
• Candle magic and ritual candle-making
• Herbal education and everyday ritual practices
• Sound baths (Friday night, Saturday night, Sunday morning)
• Yoga and grounding meditation
• A guided river hike and time in nature
• Fire rituals and word magic
• Shared meals prepared with elemental intention
• Spacious time for rest, connection, and integration

 

 

All practices are invitational. You are encouraged to listen to your body and your intuition.

 

Group Size

 

 

This retreat is intentionally limited to four women to ensure safety, intimacy, and individualized attention.

 

 

 

 

Schedule

 

 

• Arrival: Friday at 5:00 PM
• Departure: Sunday at 10:00 AM

 

 

 

 

 

2️⃣ INVESTMENT, DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS 

 

 

 

Investment $625 total

 

Deposit

 

 

A non-refundable deposit of $180 is required to reserve your spot.

 

The deposit is applied toward the total retreat cost.

 

Because space is extremely limited, the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

 

 

 

 

Payment Options

 

 

After submitting your deposit, you may choose one of the following options:

 

Option 1: Pay in Full

Pay the remaining balance 60 days March 15th 2026 before retreat  

 

Option 2: Two-Payment Plan

 

• 50% of the remaining balance is due 60 March 15th 2026 days before the retreat
• The final balance is due 15 days May 1st 2026 before the retreat

 

 

Failure to complete payments by the required dates may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.

• This retreat is offered exclusively as a women’s container to support safety, openness, and shared experience.
• Participation involves ritual, movement, outdoor activity, and shared space.
• Alcohol may be present in ceremonial contexts and is always optional.
• You are responsible for honoring your own physical, emotional, and energetic boundaries.

 

 

This retreat is not therapy, medical care, or psychological treatment.

 

Retreat Agreement & Liability Waiver

 

 

By registering for Awaken the Witch Within, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

• I understand that participation includes ritual practices, movement, sound, hiking, shared meals, and time outdoors.
• I accept full responsibility for my physical, emotional, and mental well-being during the retreat.
• I understand that this retreat is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
• I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
• I release and hold harmless the retreat host from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation.
• I understand that my $180 deposit is non-refundable.
• I agree to complete all remaining payments by the required deadlines.
• I understand that failure to complete payment may result in loss of my spot without refund.

 

 

By submitting payment, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and all retreat terms.
